He has helped hundreds of start-ups set up the right and tax-efficient way, saving them hundreds of thousands in taxes and penalties. His vast experience includes mergers & acquisitions, proactive tax planning, complex multistate tax compliances, streamlining back taxes relating to foreign income and assets, representation before IRS and state tax authorities, transfer pricing, business valuation, and 409A valuation. He also has extensive experience auditing, reviewing, and compiling financial statements.

He took the time out from the traditional CPA practice as a partner in international law and CPA firm after 15 years and founded this firm to find innovative business and tax solutions to the pain points of business owners being an entrepreneur himself. He aims to empower business owners through his effective business advisory, tax solutions, and other entrepreneurial ventures. His goal is to provide top-notch high-quality services and solutions at the most reasonable prices that businesses usually pay multiple times.

He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, India, and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant from New Jersey and California.
